A blend of 70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 5% Molinara, 5% and other, this is another yummy favorite from our recent tasting. I am, in fact, drinking it as I write.

A single-vineyard selection from the same grape varieties as the Amarone (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) but without the laborious withering and slow-fermenting process; after a year's aging in 50-hl. oak barrels, this plump and plummy dry red can already be enjoyed, showing considerable depth and complexity.

A candid and generous wine which offers a pleasant combination of fruity aromas and slight woody nuances. It has a very peppery, smoky, tobacco, rootsy black cherry nose. It's dry round and elegant with fairly high acidity and smoky, licorice, pepper cherry and leather flavours.

An all-around wine, it is highly enjoyable on it’s own and can accompany the most varied range of dishes.
