Anderson Valley dry gewürztraminer is now as good as any in the world and Lazy Creek is one of the major players. This wine is an "eye-opening, rose-and-grapefruit-scented shock, if you are bold enough to open a bottle and pour a glass with dinner". This wine is really food-friendly. A bit of acid and/or hot pepper is good.
